It effectively solves slag sticking problem of the the traditional material in the casting process in foundry workshop, and improve the anti-erosion ability, increase service life,Reduce cost and improve production efficiency, deeply praised by customers.
The characteristics of this product are as follows: no slag sticking, no chemical reaction with molten iron, strong corrosion resistance, has the corresponding heat preservation effect, easy to repair, good thermal shock resistance, long service life.
Using tips: first, according to inside diameter of ladle, prepare the internal core, after ramming the bottom of ladle, put the core into it, keep the core in the middle of the ladle, and ram tightly. Heat the ladle, take out the core after the lining solidification and roast. High temperature roast is necessary for first time use(1600℃).
